We believe this issue has been resolved in Subiquity 24.04.1, which can
be obtained on the Ubuntu 24.04 LTS ISO or as a snap refresh.

Title:
Subiquity fails when editing a bond

Status in subiquity:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
When editing networking configuration using subiquity, editing an
already configured bond will cause the installer to crash. This occurs
  in 22.04.3 ISO, version 23.08.1.

It also occurs in the latest version of the installer at the time of
  writing this bug, 23.10.1

You can trigger the bug by hitting "add a bond" in the networking
config, choosing at least 802.3ad, layer 3+4 and your interface. I
expect other options might work, but this is the only option set I've
tested with. Once the bond is created, attempt to edit the bond. This
will crash the installer. It's consistently reproducible on both
baremetal and on a KVM instance.

If there's a preferred way to extract the logs from the crashed
instance, I am happy to do so. I've submitted the logs to Canonical,
but the bond configuration I've recreated the issue with is
nonsensical in the current environment, so I am not sure how the logs
  would be sent.
