[Bug 2036846] [NEW] Unreadable screen in Ubiquity

When the "install alongside" selection is made, it is impossible to read
the white text on white background, likely due to the color scheme used
in Ubuntu Studio. This could be corrected by forcing a different color
scheme for Ubiquity or by forcing Ubiquity to use black text in this
screen.
