  grub (dev ver from 23.10) doesnt load Win Boot manager properly

Status in grub2 package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  (WBM = Windows Boot Manager)
  Grub loads Windows Boot Manager, but WBM fails to verify the digital signature.

  Windows loads fine, if i go into boot menu, and boot from there, so
  not a problem with WBM
