I believe it is a bug in boot-managed-by-snapd, because it should
conflict on linux-firmware too.
On FDE installs /lib/firmware is mounted from the kernel snap, and must
not be updated by any .deb packages.
Ditto any other packages that ship firmware. i.e. firmware-sof-signed
