[Bug 2041179] [NEW] glibc: nss/tst-reload2 fail on arm{64, hf} -prof autopkgtests

The nss/tst-reload2 autopkgtest fails for the -prof variant on arm64 and
armhf with the following error:

We're XFAILing the test for now but it'd be nice to get to the bottom of
it.
