We need a fixed large size of reset partition for our deployment
environment, for the needs below:
1. we need to update the contents of reset partition, which may go beyond the size of the fixed partition, and
2. in our test environment, we need to test new images, by rewriting reset partition and rebooting into reset partition, of which the size usually go beyond which was installed originally.
