Bug description:
  When I run ubuntu-bug with snap-store's PID,

  ```
  ubuntu-bug $(pgrep snap-store)
  ```

  it errors out with:

  > The problem cannot be reported:
  > This package does not seem to be installed correctly

  and another message box:

  > The problem cannot be reported:
  > snap-store is provided by a snap published by canonical. No contact
  > address has been provided; visit the forum at ... for help.
