I agree. I reverted the changes in the files and Installation proceeded
as expected.

I is interesting though, why ubiquity doesn't like when the scripts at
lib/partman/fstab.d/btrfs lib/partman/mount.d/70btrfs are modified.

Bug description:
  I was testing BTRFS with Luks encrytion in a VirtualBox env.

  I did some changes in
