Bug description:
  While testing a different scenario, I faced the following issue with
  an LPAR installation using DASD (ECKD) disks on s390x.

  When I'm trying to install, here on a single DASD (I de-selected LVM, but I don't think that this matters)
  and the DASD is pristine (means for example after a dasdfmt, so a low-level format)
  I was able to complete the installation (the reboot may end on a different disk due to a chreipl issue, but that is reported elsewhere).

  When I now do the exact same installation, reusing the exact same disk (which is now no longer pristine, since it was used by the previous install), the installer crashes (sporadically, but often).
  A lot of crash files are generated and the subiquity-server-debug.log and subiquity-server-info.log are become pretty big.

  For reference, I used s1lp15 with disks 162F (if that doesn't trigger
  the crash, use 2609 or again 260B).
