My understanding is this will be able to go into the mantic release
pocket with the kernel respin currently in progress, so should not need
to be an SRU.

  nvidia-graphics-drivers-535 and nvidia-graphics-drivers-535-server are
  lower than in lunar

  meaning we need to sru 535.113 into mantic, before turning on
  upgrades.
