Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and helping to make
Ubuntu better. We noticed that some of the sentences in this bug report
are not in **English**. If they were translated to English they would be
more understandable to triagers.

I see that Google translates your issues as:

laptop won't turn on ubuntu won't start

>οταν ειναι κλειστο το λαπτοπ δεν ανοιγει και κολαει το firefox
when the laptop is closed, firefox does not open and crashes

However, please report each issue separately by using the command

  ubuntu-bug  <package-name>

in a terminal if at all possible and using the **English** language.

Please also note that you failed to tell us which release of Ubuntu you
are using so no-one is ever going to be able to fix whatever problems
you are seeing.

I'm closing this bug report as "Invalid" but please do submit further
bug reports which fully describe the problems that you currently seeing
and quote the release of Ubuntu which you are using.
