Hi,

it seems you somehow ended up installing grub-common and grub2-common
from Debian

grub-common 2.06-3~deb10u1 [origin: unknown]
grub-efi-amd64-bin 2.06-2ubuntu14.4
grub-efi-amd64-signed 1.187.6+2.06-2ubuntu14.4
grub2-common 2.06-3~deb10u1 [origin: unknown]

Mixing Ubuntu and Debian packages is not supported and is the cause of
this issue.
