Note that the package in lunar also had to add mantic to the list, and
this wasn't mentioned in d/changelog (won't block on it now that it has
been in proposed and verified already, though):

Bug description:
  Lintian in stable releases of Ubuntu don't know about Noble, and they
  should.

  [Test Case]
  1) Obtain or create a source.changes file with Noble in it
  2) Run 'lintian $package_source.changes'

  With the current version of lintian you'll receive the following
  error:

  E: $package changes: bad-distribution-in-changes-file noble

  With the new version of Lintian you'll receive no such error.
