Public bug reported:
I am using Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS, the kernel version is 6.2.0-36-generic. My CPU is Intel® Core™ m3-7Y30.
The intel-microcode_3.20230214.0ubuntu0.22.04.1_amd64 works fine on my computer, but the computer cannot boot if I update the package to later versions (3.20230808.0ubuntu0.22.04.1 and 3.20231114.0ubuntu0.22.04.1). There is no output on the screen, it is light but just purely black. In case the computer fails to boot, I have to boot into the secure mode (the hardware GPU was disabled and CPU graphic driver was used in this case), and fall back the intel-microcode package to version mentioned at the beginning (3.20230214.0ubuntu0.22.04.1).
