[Bug 2042718] [NEW] `ubuntu-bug` menu shows "installation" and "installer" options

When running `ubuntu-bug`, at the "What kind of problem" menu, there are
entries for both "installation" and "installer" but it appears that they
do the same thing.  Should we remove one?
