The livecd-rootfs regression reported here are not actual regressions.
s390x passed after a retry and arm64 seems to be caused by networking
errors re: the snapstore. Let's proceed with the verification and then
release as-is.

Bug description:
This bug is to track changes needed to be able to build jammy images
for arm64 hardware based on NVIDIA Tegra SoCs.

  [ Impact ]

   * This allows building some images for the NVIDIA Tegra families of
  hardware.

  [ Test Plan ]

   * Changes to livecd-rootfs were tested in a PPA with a custom livefs
build with a local branch of cdimage; the resulting image was tested
on target hardware to come to GRUB menu, but the kernel is still
lacking various drivers to be fully useful.

[ Where problems could occur ]

   * Changes are relatively light, but in the case of a regression for
instance due to broken logic, this could break existing image builds,
in which case an older livecd-rootfs could be reuploaded.

  [ Other Info ]

   * These images are still being developed and its possible further changes are needed as we iterate through the maturity of the image.
   * Other image types might be useful in the future as well.
