[Bug 2018401] [NEW] Backport neon27 to 0.32.5 in Ubunto 22.04, 0.32.2 has bugs

Public bug reported:

Due to a bug in neon27 it is not possible to mount WebDAV folders with
davfs.

This is solved in 0.32.5 as available in newer Ubuntu versions.
Please provide a backport to upgrade neon27 to 0.32.5 in Ubuntu 22.04
