Your /etc/apt/sources.list looks a bit odd. In particular, you do not
have focal main enabled for the release pocket. Please try editing this
line:

deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu focal universe multiverse

to

deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu focal main universe multiverse

Then try the upgrade again.
