Yes, I'm doing new Desktop Installer testing.

I selected "English".

(Is the keyboard proposal based on the chosen language? I thought the
installer is pulling some info from the hardware to determine the
language.)

  The proposed keyboard is "English", but I'm using a German keyboard.
