[Bug 2024446] Re: updatedb.mlocate hangs when system returns from suspend

The error happened again. My fix did not help.

I suppose it has to do with gvfs, unplugging a mtp device that was
mounted during software suspend.

Where can I close the issue?

Title:
updatedb.mlocate hangs when system returns from suspend

Status in mlocate package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
System here boots/resumes from SSD, but has hard drive with spindle
for user data. When returning from software suspend mlocate starts
updating db before slow drive is ready and hangs then.

System is 20.04. Hang started appearing after upgrade from 18.04.
  22.04 still to wait…

Adding sleep 10 into /etc/cron.daily/mlocate fixed that for me.
