Title:
I get an error from grub on boot 'No server sprcified, No suitable
video mode found' And the plymouth splash doesn't come up. But it is
visible during shutdown, not at boot time.

Status in grub2 package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Description:	Ubuntu 23.04
  Release:	23.04

  plymouth:
    Installed: 22.02.122-3ubuntu2
    Candidate: 22.02.122-3ubuntu2
    Version table:
   *** 22.02.122-3ubuntu2 500
          500 http://in.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu lunar/main amd64 Packages
          100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

While booting I expect to see the graphical splash without errors.

When I boot Ubuntu I get two errors from grub telling that no server
has been specified and no suitable video mode found. Although I have
edited the grub file and added the resolution of my monitor there. As
of now I have turned grub boot into text only and the errors went away
but the boot process is still minus a graphical splash.
