Yes, i had anydesk installed. But even if i quit the application, the
problem still existed.

Bug description:
  I upgraded my Ubuntu desktop to  Ubuntu 23.04 I have noticed that any
  time i maximize my google chrome application, the top right section
  does not recognize any events including button clicks.
