Bug description:
  On the ppc64el arch (only), cryptsetup does not always correctly
  enroll a password in a luks volume.

  I'll attach a reproducer script.

  This happens only on ppc64el, and also this happens only on Ubuntu.
  There is no failure on Debian or Fedora.
