  Errors when trying to upgrade to Ubuntu 22 due to PPA Launchpad

Status in ubuntu-release-upgrader package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  This is my understanding of what is happening, but I am not 100% sure : 
  I cannot uninstall PPA launchpad packages, thus the related repo cannot be removed and the upgrade process fails...

  I'll try to investigate when I'll have more time.
