Title:
  New bugfix release 15.0.6

Status in llvm-toolchain-15 package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released
Status in llvm-toolchain-15 source package in Kinetic:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  [Impact]
We need the current version of llvm-toolchain-15 from lunar for the jammy HWE backport, so it makes sense to backport the same version to kinetic as well.

  It also fixes at least
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1993800
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1996239

Release notes since 15.0.2 (.6 doesn't have one)
  https://discourse.llvm.org/t/llvm-15-0-3-released/66036
  https://discourse.llvm.org/t/llvm-15-0-4-released/66337
  https://discourse.llvm.org/t/llvm-15-0-5-release/66616

  [Test case]
One way of testing this would be to run games with a Radeon GPU and check that there are no regressions.

  [Where things could go wrong]
LLVM is a big suite, but the changes in the point-releases are strictly for bugfixes, and there aren't that many of them.
