Same problem on a Xubuntu 24.04.01 laptop using "apt full-upgrade"
  
  The following security updates require Ubuntu Pro with 'esm-apps' enabled:
    imagemagick libopenexr25 libmagickcore-6.q16-6-extra libmagickwand-6.q16-6
    imagemagick-6.q16 libmagickcore-6.q16-6 imagemagick-6-common

- All the packages are the latest version 
- Another almost identical machine does not have this problem
- "apt-get dist-upgrade" reports no packages need to be upgraded

  Now receiving the following message whenever I do an apt update from
  command line:
