Given how old bionic is, it seems unlikely that we would upload the full
1.4.7 release to bionic, however I'll leave a bugtask open for it just
in case.

More likely, if there are *specific* commits/patches/fixes from 1.4.7
worth backporting, you can propose them via the SRU process.  For that,
each fix would need to have a reproducer test case defined and an impact

Bug description:
  Updating to stable 1.4.7 would bring a number of bugfixes.

  debian oldstable updated to (with additional new fixes).

  The advantage would be that qemu upstream could be built against it
  (instead of shipping its own dtc copy). See also
