Title:
Please remove subiquity / curtin / probert from Lunar

Status in curtin package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released
Status in probert package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged
Status in subiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
All known users of Subiquity, Curtin, and Probert are obtaining these
from other sources - directly from git for the most part, and a ppa
  for Curtin for MAAS.

The only reverse depends I can find are among themselves:
  curtin depends on probert-storage
  console-conf indirectly depends on probert-network

At request of Steve, who noted that some of these are causing
  dependency complications for other packages.

Please remove the subiquity, curtin, and probert source packages from
  Lunar. Thanks!
