Public bug reported:

Ubuntu 22.10

update-manager 1:22.10.4
GNOME Terminal 3.46.2 using VTE 0.70.0 +BIDI +GNUTLS +ICU +SYSTEMD

During the download of the packages using the apt inside the terminal I was changing the size of the terminal window with Super+left arrow and Super+up arrow keys. After every window resize the line displaying the download progress was duplicated. The new line was refreshed during the download progress.
I attached the screenshot showing this behavior.

I expected this line of text to be refreshed and not printed in the new
row after every windows resize.

** Affects: update-manager (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
