Public bug reported:

I recently upgraded from Ubuntu 20.04 to 22.04.1 using the graphical
upgrade tool running in a GNOME session. I have set 200% scaling in
GNOME display settings. During the upgrade process, various prompt
windows were too large for the screen size, so some buttons were hidden
below the bottom of the screen, and I had to use the keyboard to press
some buttons to proceed and finish the upgrade process.

** Affects: update-manager (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
