Bug description:
  [ Impact ]

   * This fixes Dell G16 micmute key works incorrectly.

  [ Test Plan ]

   * On Dell laptops G16
   * Press micmute key and machine must show micmute icon and couldn't record anything.

  [ Where problems could occur ]

   * This is to add parameters for certain models in hwdb, and does not
  affect any other part of systemd.
