Hello, several of my friends were outright furious at needrestart today:

> installing 1 fucking package shouldnt restart every package on my fucking system

Can we please consider changes to needrestart's default configuration
that only *reports* and does so kindly, gently, in the text interface,
rather than the annoying modal dialog box?
