  failure to upgrade from 20.04 to 22.04

Status in ubuntu-release-upgrader package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Running do-release-update ends up failing do to a number of broken packages.
  The brokenness is only appearing while running do-release-upgrade.
  The state of the system is clean (no broken packages) before trying the upgrade.


  Extra debug information will be added to the bug report automatically.

  /var/log/dist-upgrade/apt.log shows the conflicts preventing the
  upgrade.
