libdigest-md5-file-perl is a tiny extension of the core language's
libdigest-md5-perl module to calculate the md5 sum of files. No further
MIR dependencies expected.

libswitch-perl is a tiny module, also maintained by the Debian Perl
Group. It has been in main in the past and is looking good overall, but
the MIR team requested that a new template should be filed for this
before promotion, as the old MIR is very old and didn't apply all the
new (stricter) rules. see LP: #785607
