Public bug reported:
I've created shell scripts which are intended to automate the steps described at:
https://reckoning.dev/blog/ubuntu-btrfs-guide/
The installation process and the scripts can be found in this very repository:
https://github.com/frgomes/kubuntu-btrfs-luks
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Perform the instructions found here:
https://github.com/frgomes/kubuntu-btrfs-luks/blob/master/README.md
2. When Ubiquity runs, I've performed the usual installation steps but,
at Installation Type, I've selected manual and I've created a BTRFS
volume as it is described in the blog post aforementioned in the top of
this ticket.
3. The installation goes ahead, a BTRFS volume is created, but I've
noticed that Ubiquity shows only 33% done. I really don't know if it is
a sign of problem or not. I've waited several seconds before selecting
the timezone as it is usual during the installation process.
4. Ubiquity crashes when it goes to the next form, which asks
information about the user to be created.
