Sorry, now attaching apt.log
I assumed this would be in the bug context automatically.

Title:
Cannot upgrade to 22.04
Status in ubuntu-release-upgrader package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
Uprade tells me I have held back broken packages. But "apt full-
upgrade" and "sudo dpkg --configure -a" does not seem to find any.
I tried purging PPA packages of which I have some via "ppa-purge" but
the tool always tells me "Could not find package list".
The apt.log of the upgrade lists numerous packages that appear to be
broken, and I'm not able to find the crucial point.
