  mouse wheel doesnt command volume control

Status in lxqt-metapackages package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Hi,
  My mouse wheel doesn't command the volume control on the right panel. It does scrolling well on all other apps. I create a new user thinking its a profile related. No change.  Current kernel is 6.2.0.37.
  When I switch to 5.15.0.89 which is previous one it works fine as usual. This make me think its a kernel related.
