  PXE boot doesn't read next-server from proxy dhcp

Status in grub2 package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  When PXE booting grub2 with a proxy DHCP server, the next-server is
  never read from the proxy dhcp server.  It is only read from the
  normal dhcp server, therefore net_default_server does not get set and
  makes grub2 unusable with a proxy dhcp server.
