  Fix Released

Bug description:
  ubuntu-minimal currently has a hard Depends on isc-dhcp-client. Unless
  there is a compelling reason to depend on a specific DHCP
  implementation, this should be changed to "isc-dhcp-client | dhcp-
  client" instead.
