The package amdgpu-dkms is not part of the official Ubuntu archive and
subsequently there is nothing we, the developers of Ubuntu, can do about
fixing this specific package. You'll need to report this bug to the
developers who work on the amdgpu-dkms package.

  i try to remove the package  but i have the same problem
