Not an ubiquity issue as it's not even installed!
Kubuntu 20.04 hasn't been supported since April 2023.
Is this still an issue?

  Cant recreate until i get asked for new updates. Maybe also is fixed. Report made after this bug report, but todays bug reports might give more help of packages before installing.
