Bug description:
  libcupsfilters-tests requires fonts-dejavu-core. Previously that
  package was pulled via fontconfig-config, but after this change:

  https://salsa.debian.org/freedesktop-team/fontconfig/-/commit/5aa10dde

  fonts-noto-core is pulled instead, and the test fails:

  203s Could not open "/usr/share/fonts/truetype/dejavu/DejaVuSans.ttf": No such file or directory

  203s + rm -rf /tmp/tmp.G09xspQmhW

  Adding fonts-dejavu-core to the libcupsfilters-tests "Depends:" ought
  to fix it.
