Title:
  OS crashed on installing libudev-dev

Status in systemd package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  As part of the requirement for my project, I had to install libudev.
  On installing libudev, my operating system crashed. Initially, home
  directory was not able to be mounted. When I tried to restart, system
  did not restart. There was boot error. I had to re install Ubuntu.

  Step done to install libudev : sudo apt-get install libudev-dev

  OS details:
  Distributor ID:	Ubuntu
  Description:	Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS
  Release:	22.04
  Codename:	jammy

  When I searched the error in google, I came to know that several
  others also experienced same issue. Below is the link:
