[Bug 2030327] [NEW] Installation program crashed after timezone screen

Public bug reported:

I was in the setup program and had performed a manual edit of the
partitions.  I then selected next which took me to the timezone screen.
I selected next and was then presented with an error box stating that
the installation program had crashed.
