[Bug 2018030] [NEW] Docment Scanner Properties window header not showing

Public bug reported:

I was able to change the Theme to Yaru-olive and that one allowed the
Properties Dialog Title to appear.  Most other Themes (I didn't try all)
do not show a properly sized header for the Properties Dialog (in
Document Scanner version 42.5).  I use the Traditional Main Menu scheme
in Ubuntu MATE 22.04.2 LTS, if that matters.

Should be an easy fix.
