Added a devel version of the livecd-rootfs changes (almost identical,
difference in the components being set); I didn't actually test this
branch though

Bug description:
  Hi,

  This bug is to track changes needed to be able to build jammy images
  for arm64 hardware based on NVIDIA Tegra SoCs.
