Title:
failure on `do-release-upgrade` from 20 to 22 that suggest to report
  the bug

Status in ubuntu-release-upgrader package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
Sorry in advance if this is not bug or a duplication, I mainly follow
the instructions in hope that it helps

I was trying to upgrade the ubuntu version. Firstly form 18 to 20, which went successfully.
That after the reboot started to try to upgrade from 20 to 22 which resulted in the error, that suggests no action but to report the error here.

the command I was running was `sudo do-release-upgrade`
