It is not enough to disable the sources. Any packages that are installed
from the PPAs also need to be removed. Looking at the attached apt.log,
you should try at least the following:
$ ppa-purge ppa:remmina-ppa-team/remmina-next
$ ppa-purge ppa:pipewire-debian/pipewire-upstream
I don't know where libjbig0 is coming from on your system, but you can
check `apt-cache policy libjbig0`, and try to purge the appropriate PPA.

Title:
Could not replace ppa repos to upgrade system
Status in ubuntu-release-upgrader package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
There is an error during system update:
```
This was likely caused by:
* Unofficial software packages not provided by Ubuntu
Please use the tool 'ppa-purge' from the ppa-purge
package to remove software from a Launchpad PPA and
try the upgrade again.
```
But when I try `sudo ppa-purge ppa:<user_name>/<ppa_name>` it returns `Warning: Could not find package list for PPA: <ppa_name>` for all packages and `sudo apt-add-repository --remove ppa:<user_name>/<ppa_name>`
doesn't help too
