[Bug 1990680] [NEW] Mozilla and Thunderbird not responding

I recently applied an ubuntu software update.  I am currently at: Ubuntu
22.04.1 LTS, release 22.04, codename: jammy.  Since having this software
updated on my system, I have gotten messages indicating that Mozilla or
Thunderbird is not responding.  I can close them out, open them again,
and it will function after that.  This has happened a few times now.
