  when I am trying to update my Ubuntu I get error the respiratory
  "https://ppa.launchpadcontent.net/quitress/ubuntu jammy release does
  not have a release file" when I uncheck this box from the software and
  update I am getting black screen problem I am recover from  Resume
  normal boot and try everthing but problem not solve
